Director of Finance & Human Resources
 
Duties:
  Responsible for the financial management of all aspects of the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor
 
All other duties as outlined in the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Job Description Manual
 
Salary:
            As per Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Salary Scale (Job Class 10)
 
Qualifications:
 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a municipal environment or equivalent
  Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Senior Accounting role
  CPA designation is required
  Thorough knowledge of Municipal Accounting environment
  Well-developed Human Resources skills and must be team-orientated
  Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Access and Word)
  Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  Valid Driver’s License as issued by Province of Newfoundland and Labrador
